The Kempinski Hotel in Xiao Shi Ze (in the center of the city) has a celebration of the German Octoberfest. Everyone is welcome to come, but reservations are recommended. You don’t have to buy anything, but there is a full course meal or snacks and a beer.  See the menu below:
